Where is your facility?

What are your facility hours?
The facility is available to you 24/7 every day of the year. The North Lobby Entrance is open 24/7, and the South Lobby Entrance is open 6am-5:15pm M-F.
Our facility rules
- Four people maximum are allowed in a cage at a time.
- Visitors must be cleared ahead of time with ColoChicago.
In the following, visitor includes you (as a ColoChicago customer) and anyone with you.
- All visitors must check in with facility security personnel in the lobby.
- All visitors are required to present a valid government issued photo identification card or other approved ID.
- Visitors may not bring any unauthorized recording device (still or video cameras) into the facility.
- All visitors' bags and packages are subject to search by facility security personnel as visitors enter and exit the facility.
- Visitors may not bring any type of firearms or weapons into the facility.
- Visitors consent to being monitored by audio and/or video recording at any time during the visit to the facility.
- Customers in private cages may request photographs for documentation purposes from ColoChicago personnel in advance at standard hourly rates.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the facility or building.
- Food and beverages are permitted only in the break room. Under no circumstances are liquids or food permitted into the data center.
- Use of AM/FM radios or CD players are not permitted within the facility unless being listened to exclusively through headphones.
- Visitors are required to leave all common areas and cages clean after use.
- Visitors are permitted to use the "crash cart" (monitor, keyboard and mouse on the wire cart). Please return it as you found it.
- Facility security personnel may record serial numbers of any equipment brought into or removed from the facility.
- Equipment may only be removed from the facility if it was declared that same day upon entry, or if an equipment removal ticket was been opened with ColoChicago personnel.
- Shared colocation customers should make best attempts to to not interfere with other customers' equipment. Contact ColoChicago personnel immediately if interference happens.
